Aliyah Boston from the WNBA joins ESPN’s studio team for Women’s Final Four

ESPN is excited to announce that unanimous 2023 WNBA Rookie of the Year Aliyah Boston will be joining its studio broadcast team for the NCAA Women’s Final Four in Cleveland this weekend. Boston, a former South Carolina player and NCAA national champion from 2022, will be teaming up with Elle Duncan, Andraya Carter, Chiney Ogwumike, and Hall of Famer Carolyn Peck at the desk from Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.

Sara Gaiero, ESPN’s vice president of production, expressed excitement for Boston’s addition to the team. “Aliyah brings a lot of energy and experience as a recent National Championship winner,” said Gaiero. “We are thrilled to have her join us for this special weekend.”

Boston shared her excitement at joining the team, expressing gratitude for the opportunity. She looks forward to sharing her experience and insights with viewers during coverage of the NCAA Women’s Final Four.

Coverage of the tournament begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, ahead of the first semifinal between South Carolina and NC State at 7 p.m. on ESPN. The second game features UConn and Iowa. The tournament has already attracted significant viewership numbers, and fans can expect more excitement as Boston joins the ESPN team this weekend.
