Collin Lee Appointed Vice President of Business Development for Space at SAIC

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has announced that Collin Lee will join the company as space business development vice president. Lee previously worked as Vice President of Intelligence Systems at General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) mission systems business and was with the subsidiary for five of his 23-year career, which has revolved around business consulting, defense, and intelligence.

Lee started his career by earning a bachelor’s degree in public administration from James Madison University. He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior consultant before moving to Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) in 2003. In May 2007, he became legislative liaison at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where he stayed for more than four years before being appointed as director of legislative affairs at the National Security Council.

In his latest role at GDMS, Lee served as director of strategy and business development and was also named director of the company’s Frontiers space technology incubator. With his extensive experience in business consulting, defense, and intelligence, Lee is expected to make valuable contributions to SAIC’s space business development efforts.
