A 369-square-meter land in Čiovo, owned by Keruma doo, was recently sold to Avid nekretnine for 40,100 euros. This sale was the result of an appraisal report that valued the initial worth of the land at 29,302 euros or 79.41 euros per square meter.
During the last hearing held on October 31st, two offers were received from interested buyers. Avid nekretnine from Sesvet made the higher offer while Duje Miše offered a price of 33,582 euros. It is important to note that there is no vehicular access to this building land.
As part of Kerum’s real estate monetization strategy, advertisements have been repeatedly carried out for the sale of storage in a building on Trg kneza Višeslav in Zadar. This will involve opening written bids at a new hearing scheduled for November 24th. The sale will include four warehouses with a total area of ten square meters and will be sold at starting prices ranging from 2,060 to 2,270 euros per square meter. The sale will be conducted through a public auction according to the principle of “who gives more.” Additionally, this sale is being carried out on a “seen-bought” basis, which means that there can be no subsequent objections from the buyer after the bid has been accepted.
