The ECIPSA Group, led by businessman Jaime Garbarsky, is set to invest US$59 million this year in several countries including Argentina, Paraguay and Panama. The company has been building in the country for 45 years and has 101 ventures in 12 cities under its belt. In recent years, ECIPSA has expanded internationally, signing a new exclusivity agreement with Crystal Lagoons to operate in São Paulo, Brazil under its WoOoW brand.
One of the most exciting projects for ECIPSA this year is the mixed-use development it will begin working on in Buenos Aires. The company acquired the participation of IRSA, led by businessman Eduardo Elsztain, in the property of the former Nobleza Piccardo, a land of almost 16 hectares. This project is expected to be a major success for ECIPSA and will further solidify its position as a leading real estate company in the region.
In addition to its projects in Argentina, ECIPSA is also looking to expand its business in Paraguay. The company hopes to continue consolidating its investments and projects of the Natania brand while planning to take its international brands to new Latin American countries. In Mendoza, Argentina, ECIPSA recently completed its Natania 61 megaproject with more than 190 apartments. The second stage of this project concluded in 2022 and the last delivery was recently completed.
Looking ahead, Walter Fuks, CEO of Grupo ECIPSA, assures that the company will continue working and investing in new projects not only in Mendoza but also in other Argentine provinces and other countries. With its long history of success and continued expansion efforts, ECIPSA is well positioned to remain a major player in the real estate industry for years to come.
