Buffalo Museum of Science Hosts Eclipse-A-Palooza Event

Spring is here, and with it comes the opportunity to learn about and experience something truly unique. The Buffalo Museum of Science is hosting Eclipse-A-Palooza, a week-long programming event dedicated to the upcoming Solar Eclipse on April 8th.

Each day will feature activities that will educate visitors about the eclipse, including what happens during an eclipse, the technology used to observe astronomical events, and even an Eclipse Eve celebration. NASA has named the Buffalo Museum of Science a “subject matter expert site” for the days leading up to the eclipse, so you can expect to see NASA scientists and educators on hand to host programming throughout the weekend before the eclipse.

Eclipse-A-Palooza will take place from April 1st to 7th, with activities running from 10AM to 2PM each day. Entry to the exhibits is included with regular museum admission, and Buffalo Public School students can enjoy free admission on April 5th to 7th. Please note that the museum will be closed on April 8th.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to learn about and experience the solar eclipse at the Buffalo Museum of Science. Tickets can be purchased online for your convenience. Plan your visit today and make the most of your spring break with your family.
