Candace Jordan-Catherine, 74, of Warren, tragically passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023 at Trumbull Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Born on November 24, 1948 to Jack and Lois Jordan, Candace was a Pittsburgh native who graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in social work. Throughout her career, she dedicated herself to helping others through her work as a social worker and counselor in the Warren City Schools system.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Candace was also passionate about raising her two grandsons and caring for her beloved dogs Gracie and Roxie. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Thomas; two children Timothy and Brieanna; four grandchildren; as well as her brother John Jordan.
