Vodafone has announced that it will be making changes to some of its fixed line contracts, which will result in an increase in monthly rates by 2 to 3 euros. The exact offers subject to remodulation have not been specified, but customers can choose not to accept the changes and withdraw from the contract without any additional costs. However, the cancellation must be communicated within 60 days of receiving Vodafone’s notification.
Vodafone has stated that these changes are necessary due to the need to invest in the network and respond effectively to new traffic demands. Customers who see their rates increase will receive a communication included in their invoice with a minimum 60-day withdrawal period.
Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal through various channels, including the official Vodafone website, physical stores, sending a registered letter with return receipt to the Vodafone Customer Service address, sending a PEC to the customerservice email@example.com, or by calling 190 and specifying the reason for withdrawal.
