World Report for April 2024: Global Ministry, Humanitarian Efforts, and Lighting up Times Square with Jesus Christ

World Report April 2024 Edition

The April 2024 edition of the World Report, a semiannual compilation of news from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is now available on Church Newsroom and YouTube. The report showcases the important work being done by the Church in Liberia with the World Food Programme and highlights the impact of the Light the World Giving Machines, including spreading messages of the light of Jesus Christ in Times Square.

The program also features updates on Church leaders’ ministry across the globe and highlights the work being done in various regions. In addition to English, Spanish, and Portuguese, additional narrated editions of the World Report are available in Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and Russian. These editions provide a summary of Church leaders’ global ministry in Africa, Asia, Central America, the Pacific, and other regions.

The 45-minute program covers a wide range of topics related to humanitarian efforts and global ministry. It showcases the ongoing efforts of the Church in Liberia through its partnership with the World Food Programme. Additionally, it highlights the impact of Light the World Giving Machines on spreading messages about Jesus Christ in Times Square. The program also provides updates on temple dedications in Japan, Peru, Thailand
