After finishing the regular season with a 7-4 overall record and a 5-3 record in the Missouri Valley, the Youngstown State football team has secured a spot in the FCS postseason. This achievement is significant for the team, as it gives them the opportunity to continue their season and compete at a higher level in the postseason.

The Penguins will face Duquesne in their first game of the postseason, which is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Saturday evening. If they win this game, they will then travel to Philadelphia to play against the 8th-seeded Villanova on December 2nd. This is an exciting opportunity for YSU to showcase their talent and compete at a higher level.
